Justin Konrad brings a lifetime of musical exploration and joy to the dobro (aka resophonic guitar). A veteran of the Colorado bluegrass scene, he has appeared on recordings and in performance with bands such as Bowregard (2019 Telluride Bluegrass Festival band contest winners), Rapidgrass (2015 Rockygrass Festival band contest winners), All Wheel Drive (performing Bela Fleck’s Drive album), Coral Creek, and many others. Justin released his debut record as a solo artist, Flying in a Bluegrass Dream, in 2024, featuring dobro-led originals and instrumental covers. His current project involves reinterpreting classic and modern fiddle tunes through the lens of the resophonic guitar.
